Clarendon is deliberately small. Researchers and consultants work directly with clients and senior colleagues from the outset, across sectors and methods, under the professional standards of the MRS and ESOMAR. We look for people who take evidence seriously and write with precision.
How we hire
We review expressions of interest carefully. Suitable candidates are invited to an initial conversation, followed by further discussions with senior members of the firm. We hire infrequently and only when we identify a clear fit with our standards and way of working.
