Clarendon Intelligence is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our registered office is 12 St James’s Square, London SW1Y 4JU.
Contact form and correspondence
The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the information entered into the form. If you send that email, we receive your name, organisation, email address and message through our email service.
We use enquiry correspondence to respond to you and manage related communications. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating the firm and responding to enquiries.
Career correspondence
If you send an expression of interest, we may receive your contact details, curriculum vitae, employment and education history, and any other information you choose to provide. We use it to consider your expression of interest, take steps at your request before a possible contract, and pursue our legitimate interests in recruitment.
Sharing and international transfers
Personal data is available only to personnel and service providers who require it for these purposes, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data. Where a service provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we use an approved safeguard where required.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained only while it is needed to respond, manage the matter and meet legal obligations. Unsuccessful career expressions of interest are normally deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to retain them for longer.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent applies.
